# Getting errors for authentication when trying to install MCP

I have recently tried to connect my first API, I got the token from my administration settings and when i installed the MCP it failed due to authentication permission failing. Am I going to the wrong section? What is the best way to connect.

In what tool are you trying to connect with? Cursor? Claude? Raycast? Something else?
