Open Innovation Grant - Internal Server Error

I just received the license key. Unfortunately, when I try to create a project and enter it, I get an “Internal Server Error.” I can’t create the project. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I’ve tried different names, but nothing works.

Hi , We get the same erorr. We are all shut outside our v11 project. Any Help will be great

Hi There,

Can you provide a few more details so we can try and narrow this down and get you up and running…

  • how are you running Directus? e.g. Docker image, local Node, something else? Any specific commands you are using might help narrow this down
  • If Docker, which version of the image are you using?
