My new Directus Cloud project failed during provisioning, but the dashboard only displays “Project failed” and provides no error details.

I have also been approved for an Open Innovation Grant, but I have not activated the licence on another project.
Could you please reset or reprovision this project and confirm how I should apply the Open Innovation Grant to the managed Cloud project?
